Billing questions
- What is a credit?
- One credit is 100 words of finished output. A 1,500 word article uses 15 credits, and revisions you request count too. You see the exact count in each trace.
- What happens when I run out?
- Regular and Pro keep going and bill overage at the plan rate at the end of the month. Free pauses new runs until the next cycle or an upgrade.
- Can I pay with PayPal?
- Yes. Pick Stripe or PayPal at checkout. Both support monthly and annual billing, and you can switch processors when a subscription renews.
- Do you charge per seat?
- Each plan includes seats. Extra seats on Regular and Pro are 15 dollars a month each.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Billing and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your content stays exportable on the free plan.
